Which macOS versions are supported?
Our apps require macOS 14 (Sonoma) or later and are optimized for Apple Silicon.
Do I need a subscription?
No. Our apps are either free or a one-time purchase. No subscriptions, no in-app purchases that lock features.
How do I report a bug?
Email us at support@dedicated-labs.com with a description of what happened. Screenshots help.
Can I get a refund?
Purchases through the Mac App Store follow Apple's refund policy. Contact Apple Support for refund requests.
